基于ABAQUS二次开发的热轧L型钢冷却过程弯曲变形有限元分析

摘要 L型钢在轧后空冷过程中会产生复杂的3次弯曲变形,严重影响了其成材率,冷却过程中3次变形产生的机制尚不明确。为了研究相变对L型钢冷却弯曲变形的影响,基于ABAQUS二次开发环境,编写了USDFLD、UEXPAN和HETVAL子程序,对L型钢轧后冷却过程中的组织转变、相变潜热、相变应变和变形量进行了计算。研究了5组不同的模拟状态,从相变应变和冷却收缩应变的角度分析了L型钢轧后冷却过程中弯曲变形的原因。研究结果表明:L型钢的3次弯曲变形是相变应变和冷却收缩应变交互作用的结果,相变引起的应变和冷却收缩应变影响着L型钢的弯曲变形趋势,而相变潜热和相变应变则影响着型钢的弯曲变形量。 The air-cooling of L-shaped steel after rolling produces complex three-time bending deformation, which seriously affects their yield, and the mechanism of the three-time deformation during cooling is not clear. In order to investigate the effect of phase transformation on the cooling bending deformation of L-shaped steel, USDFLD, UEXPAN and HETVAL subroutines were written based on the ABAQUS secondary development environment to calculate the phase transformation, latent heat of phase transformation, transformation strain and deformation during the cooling process of L-shaped steel after rolling. Five different sets of simulated states were studied, and the causes of bending deformation during post-rolling cooling of L-shaped steel were analyzed from the viewpoints of phase transformation strain and cooling shrinkage strain. The results show that the three bending deformations of L-shaped steel are the result of the interaction of phase change strain and cooling shrinkage strain. The strain caused by phase change and cooling shrinkage strain affect the bending deformation trend of L-shaped steel, while the latent heat of phase transformation and phase transformation strain affect the bending deformation amount of the sections.
