耳穴压豆与经络穴位按摩联合硬膜外麻醉对产妇镇痛效果及产程的影响

Influence of auricular point pressing beans and meridian point massage combined with epidural anesthesia on the analgesic effect and labor process of parturient

目的 观察比较耳穴压豆与经络穴位按摩联合硬膜外麻醉对产妇镇痛效果及产程的影响。方法 纳入产妇90例为研究对象,随机分为耳穴压豆联合硬膜外麻醉组(A组)、经络穴位按摩联合硬膜外麻醉组(B组)、对照组(C组),各30例。观察比较各组在分娩期间对产程时间、镇痛效果、产妇分娩满意度的影响。结果 A,B两组联合硬膜外麻醉,疼痛程度均低于对照组,B组疼痛程度最轻,其次为A组,对照组疼痛程度最高(P<0.05)。3组产程对比示第一产程、第二产程、总产程:均为A组产程最短,其次为B组,对照组产程最长(P<0.05)。3组产妇分娩满意度对比:B组满意度最高,其次为A组,对照组满意度最低(P<0.05),且前两者均为高满意度。结论 采用耳穴压豆联合硬膜外麻醉能有效缩短产程时间,经络穴位按摩联合硬膜外麻醉能更大程度地为产妇减轻分娩过程中的疼痛,两种中医方法联合硬膜外麻醉能显著提高产妇分娩满意度。

Objective To observe and compare the effects of auricular point pressing beans and meridian point massage combined with epidural anesthesia on the analgesic effect and labor process of parturient.Methods Ninty parturient women were randomly divided into three groups: auricular point pressing and bean pressing combined with epidural anesthesia group(A group),meridian point massage combined with epidural anesthesia group(B group)and control group(C group),with 30 cases in each group.The effects of each group on labor duration, analgesic effect and parturient’s delivery satisfaction during delivery were compared.Results The pain degree of the two groups in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The pain degree of group B was the lightest, followed by group A,and the pain degree of the group C was the highest(P<0.05).The comparison of the three groups shows the time of three stages of labor.The labor time of group A was the shortest in all three stages, followed by group B,and the the labor time of the control group was the longest(P<0.05).The satisfaction degrees of the delivery among three group were compared.Group B had the highest satisfaction, followed by group A,and the group C had the lowest satisfaction(P<0.05).Group B and group A were both high satisfaction.Conclusion Ear-pressing beans combined with epidural anesthesia can effectively shorten the labor time, meridian point massage combined with epidural anesthesia can relieve the pain of parturient to a greater extent, and two traditional Chinese medicine methods combined with epidural anesthesia can greatly improve parturient’s delivery satisfaction.
