正常右侧肾后间隙脂肪厚度及其影响因素的CT研究

CT study of fat thickness and its influencing factors in normal right posterior renal space

目的探讨正常右侧肾后间隙内脂肪的厚度并研究其影响因素。方法回顾性分析87例正常成人的腹部CT图像,测量并记录右肾静脉层面上的右侧肾后间隙的脂肪厚度、肾脏横径和左右两肾内侧缘间距以及腰2椎体中份水平等不同层面的椎体横径和面积、腹内脂肪面积,测量肚脐水平等不同层面的前腹壁皮下脂肪的厚度和腹壁皮下脂肪的面积,同时记录研究对象的年龄和性别。分析右侧肾后间隙的脂肪厚度与不同层面上的椎体横径及面积、腹壁皮下脂肪的厚度和面积、腹内脂肪面积等因素的相关性。结果右侧肾后脂肪的厚度(Y)与年龄(X_(1))、脐水平的前腹壁皮下脂肪的厚度(X_(2))、L2椎体中份水平的腹内脂肪的面积(X_(3))具有相关性,线性回归方程为Y=-1.385+0.088X_(1)+0.227X_(2)+0.000302X_(3)。结论正常成人肾后间隙脂肪厚度受多个解剖因素的影响。CT图像能良好显示正常成人肾后间隙的解剖细节,可为肾后间隙病变的影像诊断和临床治疗提供影像学依据。

Objective To study the thickness of fat in the normal right posterior renal space and its influencing element.Methods Abdominal CT images of 87 normal adults were retrospectively analyzed.The fat thickness of the right posterior renal space at the level of the right renal vein,the transverse diameter of the kidney and the distance between the medial margin of the left and right kidneys were measured and recorded.The transverse diameter and area of lumbar 2 vertebrae at different levels,the area of intra-abdominal fat at different levels such as lumbar 2 vertebrae at different levels,the thickness of anterior abdominal wall subcutaneous fat and the area of abdominal wall subcutaneous fat at different levels such as navel level,and the age and gender of the subjects were recorded.The correlation between the fat thickness of the right posterior renal space and the transverse diameter and area of the vertebral body in different planes,the thickness and area of the subcutaneous fat of the abdominal wall,and the area of the intra-abdominal fat were analyzed.Results The thickness of right posterior renal fat at the right renal vein level(Y)was correlated with age(X_(1)),the thickness of anterior abdominal wall subcutaneous fat at the umbilical level(X_(2)),and the area of intra-abdominal fat at the level of L2 vertebral body(X_(3)).The linear regression formula was Y=-1.385+0.088X_(1)+0.227X_(2)+0.000302X_(3).Conclusion The thickness of fat in the posterior renal space of normal adults is affected by many anatomic factors.CT images can well display the anatomical details of the posterior renal space of normal adults,which can provide imaging basis for the imaging diagnosis and clinical treatment of the posterior renal space lesions.
