In this paper,the background of infrared thermal imaging technology is introduced,and based on its technical characteristics,the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in passenger ropeway field is analyzed and discussed.Combined with the advantages of different types of thermal imaging equipment,several practical application cases are listed,and its application prospect in passenger ropeway is prospected.The results show that the application of infrared thermal imaging technology can significantly improve the management of passenger ropeway,reduce the difficulty of management,and effectively prevent accidents to some extent.
