村庄治理质量对农民生活感受满意度的影响--基于收入与职业分化视角的分析

Impact of Village Governance Quality on the Life Satisfaction of Farmers in the Perspective of Income and Career Differentiation

提升村庄治理质量的目标之一是要提高农民生活满足感。本文利用四川、陕西、甘肃和宁夏的农民调查数据,运用多元线性模型探讨了村庄治理质量对农民生活感受满意度的影响,并从收入分化和职业分化视角分析了村庄治理质量对农民生活感受满意度的异质性影响。研究结果发现:村庄治理质量的提升能够显著提高农民生活感受满意度,进一步从收入分化视角来看,村庄治理质量对中等收入的农民影响效应最大,其次是低收入农民,最小的是高收入农民,从职业分化的视角来看,村庄治理质量对纯农业型农民的影响效应最大,其次是非农业型农民,最小的是兼业型农民。基于该研究结论,建议强化村庄治理质量,重视农民收入和职业分化以增进农民生活感受满意度。

One of the goals of improving the quality of village governance is to improve the life satisfaction of farmers.Based on the survey data of the farmers in Sichuan,Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia,this paper uses a multiple linear model to explore the impact of the quality of village governance on farmers'life satisfaction,and analyzes the heterogeneous impact of the quality of village governance on the farmers'life satisfaction from the perspective of income differentiation and career differentiation.The research results show that the improvement of the quality of village governance can significantly improve the farmers'life satisfaction.Judging from the perspective of income differentiation,the quality of village governance has the greatest impact on the middle-income farmers,followed by the low-income farmers,and the smallest on the high-income farmers.Judging from the perspective of career differentiation,the quality of village governance has the greatest impact on the farmers involved only in agricultural production,followed by the farmers engaged in non-traditional agriculture,and the smallest on part-time farmers.Based on the research conclusion,it is suggested to strengthen the quality of village governance and pay attention to the differentiation of the farmers'income and occupation to improve their life satisfaction.
