M配送中心的订单拣选系统仿真优化研究

摘要 科技发展引导社会进步,随着科技的进步,工作流程也会发生新旧更迭。企业若想更好地发展,需在符合企业自身发展规划和战略部署的情况下进行设备更新和作业流程优化,这是物流企业能够长远发展、提升企业竞争力的有效手段和必要途径。文中以M配送平台的调研结果为基础,对其配送中心的订单拣选作业进行优化研究,提出了通过引进自动化设备优化订单拣选过程、替代原有配送中心订单分批和“人到货”的订单拣选模式。运用通过仿真系统运行得到的效率和设备空闲率以及订单的履行率等数据进行对比分析,评估整体分拣系统运作的效率并找出现有分拣系统的不足,针对订单拣选作业提出优化思路和解决意见。 The development of science and technology guides social progress, and with the change of dynasties in science and technology, the work process will also undergo new and old changes.If an enterprise wants to develop better, it needs to update equipment and optimize the operation process in line with its own development plan and strategic deployment, which is an effective means and a necessary way for a logistics enterprise to develop in the long run and enhance its competitiveness.Based on the research results of the M distribution platform, this paper conducts an optimization study on the order picking operation of its distribution center, and proposes to optimize the order picking process by introducing automated equipment, replacing the original distribution center order batching and “person-to-goods” order picking mode.The data obtained from the operation of the simulation system, such as the efficiency, equipment idle rate, and order fulfillment rate, is used to conduct a comparative analysis for evaluating the efficiency of the overall sorting system operation, finding out the shortcomings of the existing sorting system, and proposing optimization ideas and solutions for order picking operations.
