供应链柔性视角下大数据应用对企业绩效的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Big Data Application on Enterprise Performance from the Perspective of Supply Chain Flexibility

在IT行业不断发展的今天,大数据技术的不断进步,使得大数据应用技术在企业中的应用不断受到企业管理层的重视,逐渐成为各企业提高核心竞争力的重要手段。文中发放277份调查问卷,从供应链柔性角度出发,分析大数据应用对企业绩效的影响。结果表明:①大数据应用对供应链柔性、企业绩效产生显著的正向影响;②供应链柔性对企业绩效产生显著的正向影响;③供应链柔性作为中间变量,在大数据应用与企业绩效中有间接影响作用,起到部分中介效应。

With the continuous development of IT industry and the continuous progress of big data technology, the application of big data application technology in enterprises has been paid more and more attention by enterprise management, and has gradually become an important means for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.This paper distributed 277 questionnaires to analyze the impact of big data application on enterprise performance from the perspective of supply chain flexibility.The results show that:(1)the application of big data has a significant positive impact on supply chain flexibility and enterprise performance;(2)supply chain flexibility has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance;(3)as an intermediate variable, supply chain flexibility has an indirect impact on big data application and enterprise performance, and plays a partial intermediary effect.
