摘要
以大型枢纽机场为研究对象,在CDM机制为研究背景下,通过信息的资源共享,利用获取到的有效航班延误信息构建物元模型,将可拓关联函数和物元模型,协同决策机制与航班延误预警结合起来研究,计算航班延误程度与各延误预警等级的关联度,根据关联度的量化值来确定预警级别,再通过CDM机制的信息共享功能,将机场预警级别发布在协同决策平台上,以便空管和航空公司等部门提前做好相应预警管理措施,实现有效预警。
Taking the large hub airport as the research object, under the background of CDM mechanism, through information resource sharing, using the obtained effective flight delay information, the matter-element model is constructed, and the extension correlation function and matter-element model, and collaborative decision-making mechanism and flight delay warning are combined for study.The correlation degree between flight delay degree and each delay warning level is calculated, and the warning level is determined according to the quantitative value of correlation degree.Then, the airport warning level is published on the collaborative decision-making platform through the information sharing function of CDM mechanism, so that the aviation administration and airline can take appropriate early warning management measures in advance to realize effective early warning.
