摘要
文中以高职院校电子商务专业学生为研究对象,运用层次分析法对其就业能力进行评价;首先通过查阅相关文献资料及对相关电子商务企业专家实施访谈,确定高职电子商务专业学生就业能力评价指标体系;其次介绍了层次分析法实施评价的流程步骤;最后通过对电子商务企业专家实施调查问卷,对调查问卷结果进行分析,对高职电子商务专业学生就业能力实施评价,判断高职电子商务专业学生就业整体水平,为高职院校提升电子商务专业学生就业能力提供理论依据。
This paper takes students majoring in e-commerce in higher vocational colleges as the research object, and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate their employment ability.Firstly, through consulting the relevant literatures and interviewing the experts of e-commerce enterprises, the paper confirms the evaluation index system of students’ employment ability of e-commerce major.Secondly, it introduces the process and steps of AHP evaluation.Finally, through the implementation of e-commerce enterprise experts questionnaire, the results of the questionnaire are analyzed, the e-commerce students employment ability evaluation is implemented, to judge the overall employment level of e-commerce students in higher vocational colleges, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the employment ability of e-commerce students.
