基于赛与学的《物流与电子商务》实践课程改革探索

Exploration on the Practical Course Reform of “Logistics and E-commerce” Based on Competition and Learning

开展《物流与电子商务》实践课程教学对于提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。文中针对新形势下物流行业对具有电商与物流双重知识背景人才的需求,结合“以赛促学”的教学理念,对《物流与电子商务》实践课程进行教学改革。首先,在剖析《物流与电子商务》实践课程教学现状的基础上,从教学内容、教学方式和考核机制三个方面对课程的现存问题进行分析与总结;其次,基于“赛学相融”的教学模式,提出课程教学内容更新、课程教学方式创新和课程考核方式改革的实践课程改革措施,并重点阐述了“课-学-赛-评”串联式实践课程教学体系;最后,积极引导学生参与实践课程教学,从而提升学生的实践创新能力,并验证课程改革效果。

Carrying out the practical course teaching of “Logistics and E-commerce” is of great significance to improve the quality of talent training.In view of the demand for talents with dual knowledge backgrounds of e-commerce and logistics in the logistics industry under the new situation, and combined with the teaching concept of “promoting learning through competition”,the teaching reform of the practical course of“Logistics and E-commerce” is carried out.Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the practical course teaching of “Logistics and E-commerce”,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of the course from three aspects: teaching content, teaching method and assessment mechanism;Secondly, based on the teaching mode of competition and learning integration, it puts forward the practical course reform measures of course teaching content update, course teaching method innovation and course assessment method reform, and focuses on expounding the “class-learning-competition-evaluation” series of practical course teaching system;Finally, actively guiding students to participate in practical course teaching, so as to improve students’ practical innovation ability and verify the effect of course reform.
