摘要
随着我国物流行业快速走向规模化、科技化和专业化,具备物流网络规划能力的人才受到越来越多的企业重视。《物流系统规划与设计》课程是物流管理专业学生的核心课程,系统介绍了物流系统的规划原理、优化方法及评价等。文中在全面调研物流企业规划类岗位人才需求的基础上,将质量功能展开模型应用到高职类物流系统规划与设计课程改革中,构建企业岗位能力需求与课程内容联系矩阵,评估和优化课程内容设置,解决人才培养和企业需求不匹配的问题。
As China’s logistics industry is rapidly becoming large-scale, scientific and professional, more and more enterprises attach importance to talents with logistics network planning capabilities.Logistics System Planning and Design is a core course for students majoring in logistics management, which systematically introduces the planning principles, optimization methods and evaluation of logistics systems.On the basis of a comprehensive survey of the demand for talents in planning posts of logistics enterprises, this paper applies the quality function deployment model to the curriculum reform of logistics system planning and design in higher vocational colleges, builds a connection matrix between enterprise post capacity demand and curriculum content, evaluates and optimizes curriculum content settings, and solves the problem of mismatch between talent training and enterprise demand.
