Research on the lower limit of separation for LXA1000 spiral separator

以LXA1000螺旋分选机为研究对象,选择了2座选煤厂2种不同选煤工艺、不同煤质的螺旋分选机入料展开试验。通过对试验结果分析,确定LXA1000螺旋分选机对0.074~0.15 mm粒度级的细粒煤具有明显的分选作用,对小于0.074 mm粒度级的细粒煤泥基本无分选作用。在对0.074~0.15 mm粒度级煤泥分选中+1.8 g/cm^(3)密度级分选效果明显。

The LXA1000 Spiral separator was researched in this paper.Select two different process flows and different coal types to carry out experiments.It is determined that the LXA1000 spiral separator had obvious separation effect on fine coal with particle size of 0.074~0.15 mm, and basically has no separation effect on fine coal slime with particle size of-0.074 mm.For 0.074~0.15 mm coal slime separation, it is mainly characterized by discharging the +1.8 g/cm^(3).
