摘要
介绍了SKT-1.2跳汰机经过适应性结构改造后,用于锡铜矿预选抛尾的试验情况。分析了矿石性质、试验方法、试验结果,并预计经济效益。试验结果表明,采用SKT-1.2跳汰机进行锡铜矿的预选抛尾,可减少进入磨矿作业的矿物总量,提高选矿厂的处理能力,节约磨矿成本,减少尾矿库的占用,预计可为企业带来可观的经济效益。
This paper introduces the test results of SKT jigs used in the pre concentration and tailing of tin copper ores after structural transformation.The ore properties, test methods, test results and estimated economic benefits are analyzed.The transformation practice shows that the use of SKT jig for pre concentration and tailing of tin and copper ores can reduce the total amount of minerals entering the grinding operation, improve the processing capacity of the concentrator, save grinding costs, reduce the occupation of tailings pond, and bring considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.
