摘要
化乐煤业公司针对矿井水一体净化处理器存在的入料不均匀、沉降物排出不畅等问题进行了技术改造,将入料方式由多点改为一点入料,将一体净化器分为混料反应区、稳流区和斜管沉淀区,将原来的双层斜管改为单层斜管,取消原有中间隔板等,有效解决了处理器存在的问题。
Hule Coal Industry Company has carried out technical transformation to solve the problems of uneven feeding and poor discharge of settlement in the integrated mine water purification processor, changed the feeding mode from multiple points to one point, divided the integrated purifier into mixed reaction area, steady flow area and inclined tube precipitation area, changed the original double-layer inclined tube to single-layer inclined tube, cancelled the original middle partition, etc. Effectively solve the problem of the processor.
