摘要 物体的尺寸和形态是人类获取物体空间信息的重要参数。为了降低测量装置的复杂程度,提高测量精度,设计了非接触规则物体的尺寸形态测量系统。系统以嵌入式微处理器为控制核心,利用高清摄像头、激光测距仪、液晶显示屏以及声光报警电路构建测量系统。软件上采用引导图像滤波、角度测量、圆弧检测以及色彩识别并配合物体尺寸测量技术,实现了对规则物体尺寸形态的实时测量。实验结果表明,测量系统可以正确的识别物体的形态,对平面物体的尺寸测量误差小于0.6%,对三维立体物体的尺寸测量误差小于2.5%。 The size and shape of objects are important parameters for humans to obtain spatial information about objects.In order to reduce the complexity of the measuring device and improve the measurement accuracy,a dimensional morphological measurement system for non-contact regular objects is designed.The system uses an embedded microprocessor as the control core,and uses high-definition camera,laser rangefinder,LCD screen and sound and light alarm circuit to build a measurement system.The software adopts guided image filtering,angle measurement,arc detection,color recognition and object size measurement technology to realize real-time measurement of regular object size and form.Experimental results show that the measurement system can correctly identify the shape of the object,the size measurement error of the plane object is less than 0.6%,and the size measurement error of the three-dimensional object is less than 2.5%.
