摘要
探索推动离散型制造转型是落实《中国制造2025》国家战略规划的重要举措。为满足日益凸显的市场多样化需求,装备制造业需要能够提供高度定制化的产品,而由单件离散型生产模式带来的制造工艺和流程的耦合复杂性给企业生产管理带来了全新的挑战。本文分析了当前我国离散型装备制造业的发展现状以及面临的痛点和难点,研究了适用于重型装备制造业转型升级的数字化应用体系,并以中信重工为典型案例,探索出数字孪生、“5G+工业互联网”、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术在离散型重型装备行业的融合创新与实践应用的有效路径,对提升本行业的资源配置、生产模式、研发创新、服务转型等方面管理具有借鉴和启发意义。
It is indispensable to explore and promote the transformation of discrete manufacturing to follow the national strategy of the"Made in China 2025"plan.The equipment manufacturing industry has to provide customized products to meet the increasingly diversified demands,while the coupling complexity of manufacturing process and technology created by the single-piece production mode brings new challenges to manufacturing enterprise.This paper analyzes the current status of discrete equipment manufacturing industry and identifies the pain points and difficulties.It studies the digital architecture applicable to the transformation and upgrading of heavy equipment manufacturing industry.Taking CITIC HIC as a typical case,we explore the effective path to integration and practical application in the discrete industry with the new generation information technologies,including digital twinning,5G+industrial Internet,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.These experiences can help industrial enterprises to improve the resource allocation,production mode,R&D innovation and service transformation.
