摘要
为提升小批量多品种生产模式下的质量管控精准性,离散制造企业需寻求更灵活、更实时、渗透性要求更高的质量管控手段。基于常规离散制造企业对产品质量管控的典型需求,本文从企业移动技术平台的选择、技术架构和场景化应用入手,结合实际的工程实践和生产数据分析,对移动应用如何增强产品质量管控的准确性、实时性、渗透性做出论述。通过移动互联技术及其软硬件设施的支撑作用,企业的质量管控与工业生产业务实现了深度集成,产品交付能力和品质得到了有效提升,验证了移动数字化平台对离散制造企业产品质量管控的促进作用。
In order to improve the accuracy of quality control in small batch and multi-variety production mode, discrete manufacturing enterprises need to seek more flexible, more real-time and more permeable quality control methods. Based on the typical requirements of conventional discrete manufacturing enterprises for product quality management and control,this paper starts with the selection of enterprise mobile technology platform, technical architecture and scene application,combined with actual engineering practice and production data analysis, discusses how to enhance the accuracy, real-time and permeability of product quality management and control by mobile application. Through the support of mobile Internet technology and its hardware and software facilities, the quality management and control of enterprises are closely integrated with industrial production business,. Meanwhile, the product delivery capacity and quality are effectively improved, which verifies the promotion of mobile digital platform to product quality management and control of discrete manufacturing enterprises.
