中小企业是我国经济发展的韧性所在,做好中小企业的数字化转型工作,对于促进我国经济增长、加快科技创新、保障居民就业方面具有重要的意义。当前,我国经济在错综复杂的国内外发展形势下,面临需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱“三重压力”,造成中小企业数字化转型普遍存在资金周转不畅、技术供给不够、发展信心不足等问题。为破解中小企业数字化转型困局,可以从生产力征信、平台化交易、规模化推广、标杆式引领四大着力点入手,降低中小企业数字化转型门槛,在危机中育先机、于变局中开新局。

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are the resilience of China’s economic development,and digital transformation of SMEs is of great significance to promote China’s economic growth,accelerate scientific and technological innovation,and ensure the employment of residents.As China’s economic development is currently facing the triple pressure of demand contraction,supply shock,and expected weakening,the digital transformation of SMEs generally faces problems such as poor capital turnover,poor technology supply,and insufficient development confidence.In order to solve the above mentioned dilemma,we can start from the four major focus points including productivity credit,platform trading,large-scale promotion and benchmarking guidance to reduce the threshold for digital transformation of SMEs,find new opportunities in the crisis and make new progresses in the changing situation.
