党的二十大,是在全党全国各族人民迈上全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的关键时刻召开的一次十分重要的大会。这表明二十大报告意义重大、内涵深刻、影响深远。研究马克思主义和中国化时代化的马克思主义,二十大报告是一篇重要文献。深入学习研究二十大报告,发现贯穿其中的一个大逻辑,就是中国式现代化逻辑。它包括生成逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑和世界逻辑。生成逻辑,就是十八大以来我们党在理论和实践上的创新突破,聚焦于成功推进和拓展了中国式现代化,新中国成立特别是改革开放以来的长期探索和实践是这一创新突破的基础,十八大以来我们党在理论和实践上具有根本性的创新突破都聚焦于推进和拓展了中国式现代化,这意味着,习近平总书记提出的创新突破和成功拓展“中国式现代化”的历史起点是十八大以来;理论逻辑,在于第一次较为系统地阐述了中国式现代化理论;实践逻辑,就是以中国式现代化全面建成社会主义现代化强国、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴;世界逻辑,就是中国的现代化在世界现代化发展历程中的地位经历了从“世界失我”到“世界有我”再走向“世界向我”的历史演进。以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴是贯穿二十大报告的一条主线。二十大报告第一次从总体上构建起中国式现代化的理论体系和话语体系,掌握了解释中国式现代化的话语权。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a meeting of great importance. This displays that the report of the meeting is significant,profound,and far-reaching. After studying the report,we could find that the logic of Chinese modernization run through it,which includes generative logic,theoretical logic,practical logic and international logic. The generative logic refers to the new breakthroughs made in theory and practice since the 18th CPC national congress,focusing on advancing and expanding Chinese modernization successfully. It based on our decades of exploration and practice since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,especially since the launch of reform and opening up in 1978. This means that the historical context of Chinese modernization put forward by Xi Jinping is the new era. The theoretical logic lies in the fact that the report explained the theory of the Chinese modernization systematically for the first time. The practical logic is about building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects,and advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization. International logic refers to the status of China’s modernization in the development of world modernization,which has experienced a historical evolution from “away from the world”to “back to the world”and then to “contribute to the world”. Promoting national rejuvenation through a Chinese path to modernization is the basic thread of the report.
