生物电磁波在中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 初步判断生物电磁波在中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1—12月于广东省中医院经多导睡眠监测(PSG)确诊的中重度OSA患者85例作为试验组,选择同期120名来自社区和学校健康人群的健康者作为对照组。两组均进行生物电磁波检测,通过Logistic回归模型筛选独立风险因子,通过ROC曲线分析诊断灵敏度和特异度。结果 Logistic回归分析结果显示,OSA的风险因子是喉气管的冠状横截面S2(OR=2.882,P=0.005)。ROC分析结果显示,喉气管的冠状横截面S2诊断OSA的曲线下面积为0.666,诊断灵敏度为55.3%,特异度为74.2%,约登指数为0.295。结论 生物电磁波对OSA具有良好的诊断价值,经其喉气管数据分析显示,喉气管的冠状横截面S2有助于OSA患者的疾病初筛和普查。 Objective The application value of bioelectromagnetic wave in the diagnosis of moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea(OSA) was preliminarily evaluated.Methods With selection of 85 patients with moderate and severe OSA confirmed by polysomnography(PSG) in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 as experience group and 120 healthy people from the community and school health population in the same period as control group,both groups were detected for bio-electromagnetic wave,and independent risk factors were screened by logistic regression model,and diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were analyzed by ROC curve.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factor of OSA was the coronal cross-section S2 of the larynx and trachea(OR=2.882,P=0.005).The ROC analysis results showed that the area under the curve of the coronal cross-section S2 of the larynx and trachea for diagnosis of OSA was 0.666,the diagnostic sensitivity was 55.3%,the specificity was 74.2%,and the Jordan index was 0.295.Conclusion The coronal cross-section S2 of the larynx and trachea is helpful for the initial screening and screening of OSA patients.
