药学专业学生医院实习带教的教学方法综述

Review of Teaching Methods of Practice Teaching of Pharmacy Major Students in Hospitals

随着国家医疗体制的改革和医院药学的快速发展,医院药学工作者的角色也在逐渐转变。为应对这种变化,提高药学学生专业实习的教学质量,许多医院药师在带教过程中不断探索和实践,总结了多种教学方法。该文作者运用文献资料法以药学专业学生在医院实习带教为例,对近10年国内发表的教学方法文献进行归纳整理,以期为临床药学带教提供参考,推动药学教育发展。

With the rapid development of hospital pharmacy and the national medical system reform,the role of hospital pharmacists is gradually changing.In order to cope with this change and improve the teaching quality of pharmacy major student practice,many hospital pharmacists conduct continuous exploration and practice in the process of teaching,and summarize a variety of teaching methods.Using the method of literature,taking the practice teaching of pharmacy major students in the hospital as an example,the author summarizes and arranges the teaching method literature published in China within recent 10 years,in order to provide reference for hospital educators to carry out clinical teaching and promote the development of pharmacy education.
