通脑活络针刺法联合真方白丸子治疗风痰阻络型中风的效果

Effect of Tongnao-Activating Collateral-Acupuncture Method Combined with Zhenfang Baiwanzi in Treatment of Stroke with Wind-Phlegm Obstructing Collateral

目的:探讨通脑活络针刺法联合真方白丸子治疗风痰阻络型中风的效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2022年9月徐州市睢宁县中医院收治的70例风痰阻络型中风患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予真方白丸子治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用通脑活络针刺法治疗。观察两组患者不同治疗时间美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血清神经营养因子水平、氧化应激因子水平。结果:两组患者治疗前和治疗7 d的NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和神经生长因子(NGF)血清神经营养因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d和治疗14 d,观察组患者BDNF和NGF血清神经营养因子水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)血清氧化应激因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d和治疗14 d,观察组患者SOD和MDA血清氧化应激因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:通脑活络针刺法联合真方白丸子治疗风痰阻络型中风,可以明显改善患者血清神经营养因子水平,降低氧化应激因子对身体的影响,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongnao-activating collateral-acupuncture method combined with Zhenfang Baiwanzi in the treatment of stroke with wind-phlegm obstructing collateral.Methods:A total of 70 stroke patients with windphlegm obstructing collateral treated in Suining TCM Hospital of Xuzhou from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 with Zhenfang Baiwanzi.On the basis of control group,the observation group was treated with Tongnao-activating collateral-acupuncture.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,the levels of serum neurotrophic factors and oxidative stress factors were observed at different treatment time points in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment and after 7 days of treatment(P>0.05).After 14 days of was lower than that in the significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum neurotrophic factors of brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and neurogrowth factor(NGF)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment and 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum neurotrophic factors BDNF and NGF in the the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum oxidative stress factors of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment and 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum oxidative stress factors SOD and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Tongnao-activating collateral-acupuncture method combined with Zhenfang Baiwanzi in the treatment of stroke patients with wind-phlegm obstructing collateral can significantly improve serum neurotrophic factors,reduce the effect of oxidative stress factors on the body,and has significant efficacy,so it is worth promoting.
