Application Value of Methylene Blue in Preoperative Localization of Palpable Negative Breast Nodules

目的:探讨亚甲蓝在触诊阴性乳腺结节术前定位中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月-2022年5月上海市青浦区中医医院收治的106例触诊阴性乳腺结节患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各53例。观察组在超声引导下乳腺结节表面应用亚甲蓝标记后行手术切除,对照组术前超声定位体表标记后手术切除。比较两组手术时间、一次性切除成功率、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,一次性切除成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导下亚甲蓝定位可以精准切除体表不可触及的乳腺结节,缩短手术时间,提高肿块切除成功率,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application value of methylene blue in preoperative localization of palpable negative breast nodules.Methods:Clinical data of 106 patients with palpable negative breast nodules admitted to Shanghai Qingpu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The observation group underwent surgical resection after marking with methylene blue on the surface of breast nodules under the guidance of ultrasound,while the control group underwent surgical resection after preoperative ultrasound positioning of the body surface marking.The operation time,one-time resection success rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the one-time resection success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:B-ultrasound-guided methylene blue localization can accurately resect nonpalpable breast nodules on the body surface,shorten the operation time,increase the success rate of tumor resection,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
