摘要
目的:通过对某校2021级护理专业学生进行自主学习能力调查,了解其自主学习能力的真实状况,分析其影响因素,为学校教学活动的开展提供依据。方法:采用相关量表对闽江师范高等专科学校医护学院296名高职新生进行调查。结果:我校高职护理新生自主学习能力得分为(99.466±18.051)分,分析显示自主学习能力与相关学习氛围、一般自我效能感、父亲受教育水平均呈正相关(P<0.01),相关数据纳入回归分析显示一般自我效能感和家庭学习氛围对学生自主学习能力产生正向影响,为其影响因素。结论:增强护生一般自我效能感、进一步优化家庭学习氛围可有助于提高高职护理新生自主学习能力。
Objective:Through the survey of independent learning ability of nursing major freshmen of Grade 2020 in a school,this paper aims to understand the real situation of the independent learning ability of students,analyze its influencing factors,and provide a basis for the development of teaching activities in the school.Methods:A survey of 296 vocational education freshmen in Medical Department of Minjiang Teachers College was conducted using the relevant scale.Results:The score of independent learning ability of vocational education freshmen of nursing major in this college was(99.466±18.051) points,and the analysis showed that the independent learning ability was positively correlated with the relevant learning atmosphere,general self-efficacy,and the education level of fathers(P<0.01).The relevant data were included in the regression analysis and the results showed that the general self-efficacy and home learning atmosphere had a positive impact on students’ independent learning ability,which was its influencing factor.Conclusion:Enhancing the general self-efficacy of nursing students and further optimizing the family learning atmosphere can help improve the independent learning ability of vocational education freshmen of nursing major.
