甘肃“强省会”行动对策研究

Study on the Action Countermeasures of"Strengthening Provincial Capital"in Gansu Province

党的二十大报告和甘肃省第十四次党代会报告都提出了区域协调发展,文章依据增长极理论,分析了甘肃省省会城市兰州的发展现状和存在的问题,从“强省会”的目标定位、空间布局、主导产业、保障措施等方面,提出了甘肃强省会的二十条对策,为甘肃区域协调发展提供理论支持和对策建议。

Both the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the report of the 14th Party Congress of Gansu Province put forward the coordinated development of regions.Based on the theory of growth pole,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of Lanzhou,the capital city of Gansu Province,and puts forward twenty countermeasures for strengthening the provincial capital of Gansu Province from the aspects of target positioning,spatial layout,leading industries and safeguard measures.It provides theoretical support and countermeasures for the coordinated development of Gansu region.
