Comparative Study of Engagement Resources Between Positive and Negative Discourse in Tianya Forum

介入资源对话语的人际互动起到了重要作用,因此,研究通过使用语料库对比量化方法分析天涯论坛积极与消极话语介入资源使用的异同,深入探讨二者交际目的的差异性。研究表明,天涯论坛积极话语策略性地使用扩展资源和收缩资源,体现作者开放包容的态度,把握双方对话协商空间,达成个人交际目的;而消极话语更倾向使用压缩资源,排斥其他可能性,表现出难以协商的形象,不利于人际交往的进行。研究扩展了网络话语人际互动的研究视角,为如何引导网络论坛中消极负面的网络话语,使其转化为积极正面的网络话语,以及如何构建和谐的网络人际关系提供了有益的借鉴。

Engagement resources play an important role in the interpersonal interaction of discourse.Therefore,the study analyses the similarities and differences in the use of engagement resources between positive and negative discourse in Tianya Forum by using a corpus comparison quantification method,the differences in interpersonal purposes between the two are explored in depth.The study shows that the positive discourse of Tianya Forum uses strategically both expand and contract,reflecting the author’s openness and tolerance,and capturing the space for dialogue and negotiation between both sides of the conversation to achieve personal communicative purposes.The negative discourse,on the other hand,tends to use contract and excludes other possibilities,presenting an image that is difficult to negotiate,which is not conducive to interpersonal interaction.The study extends the research perspective of interpersonal interaction in network discourse,and provides some insights and references on how to guide negative discussions in network forums,transform them into positive network discourse,and how to build harmonious network interpersonal relationships.
