摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)因受到更多淋巴细胞浸润和异质性肿瘤微环境的支持,一直被认为是免疫治疗的潜在主角。肿瘤疫苗是主动性免疫治疗的重要领域,通过抗原呈递相关疫苗或细胞疫苗的抗原表位诱导特异性T细胞,将免疫分子靶标整合在一起并完善标准化学疗法可能是未来治疗TNBC的关键。本文综述TNBC相关肿瘤抗原和个体化治疗性肿瘤疫苗的分类、特点及作用机制和临床应用,以期为TNBC临床免疫疗法提供新思路。
Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)has been considered as a potential protagonist of immunotherapy because it is supported by more lymphocyte infiltration and heterogeneous tumor microenvironment.Tumor vaccine is an important field of active immunotherapy.Induction of specific T cells by antigen presentation of related vaccines or cellular vaccine epitopes,integration of immune molecular targets and improvement of standard chemotherapy may be key to unlock TNBC in future.In this paper,classification,characteristics,mechanism of action and clinical application of TNBC-related tumor antigens and personalized therapeutic tumor vaccines were reviewed,in order to provide more ideas for clinical immunotherapy of TNBC.
