摘要
随着科技的发展,航空电机能否可靠运行越来越受到航空部门的重视。为保障航空电机安全可靠的运行,航空电机检测设备的发展就显得尤为重要。文章以西门子公司的S7-200SMART为核心设计了航空电机负载模拟测试系统,该系统由电阻、电容、电感等负载组成,通过工控机远程控制PLC,使交流负载开关柜和直流负载开关柜产生不同的负载组合,从而模拟飞机上的各种不同的带载测试设备,以实现系统对不同形式航空电机的检测。该系统通用性强,可以远程控制,控制界面简洁,操作方便,完全可以实现对航空电机的模拟负载测试。
With the development of science and technology,whether aviation motors can operate reliably has attracted more and more attention from the aviation sector.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of aviation motors,the development of aviation motor testing equipment is particularly important.This paper takes Siemens S7-200SMART as the core to design the aviation motor load simulation test system,the system is composed of resistance,capacitor,inductance and other loads,through the industrial computer remote control PLC,so that the AC load switchgear and DC load switchgear produce different load combinations,so as to simulate a variety of different load test equipment on the aircraft,to achieve the system detection of different forms of aviation motors.The system has strong versatility,can be controlled remotely,the control interface is simple,the operation is convenient,and the simulated load test of the aviation motor can be fully realized.
