摘要
为避免人员密集的景区发生踩踏等事故,通过实地考察、收集数据,采用DHNN模型对景区应急疏散能力进行评估。文章首先用层次分析法确定景区应急疏散能力评估体系,然后并邀请10名应急专家对湖北省20个景区各个指标按照标准进行打分,确定各类疏散能力各个指标因素的平均值,以各个因素指标得分为输入,借助Matlab训练模型结果可视化输出。最后以5个待分类的景区为例,实例应用结果表明:1个景区应急疏散能力很强,2个景区应急疏散能力较强,2个景区应急疏散能力一般,结果为一般的景区要对薄弱环节加强管理和采取对应措施。
In order to avoid stampede and other accidents in densely populated scenic spots,the DHNN model was used to evaluate the emergency evacuation capability of scenic spots through on-the-spot inspection and data collection.First,the evaluation system of emergency evacuation capacity of scenic spots was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and then 10 emergency experts were invited to score each index of 20 scenic spots in Hubei Province according to the standard,and the average value of each index factor of various evacuation capabilities was determined,and each factor index was scored.As input,visualize the output with the help of MATLAB training model results.Finally,taking 5 scenic spots to be classified as an example,the application results show that:1 scenic spot has strong emergency evacuation capability,2 scenic spots have strong emergency evacuation capability,and 2 scenic spots have average emergency evacuation capability.Strengthen management and take corresponding measures.
