摘要
为实现45钢性能达标,通过使用稀土精炼预脱氧和控制转炉冶炼、稀土脱氧预处理、连铸、热轧以及轧后热处理的工艺参数,制备了试样并对其进行了偏析、夹杂物和力学性能检测。结果表明,通过稀土脱氧预处理及轧后热处理制备的试验样内部夹杂物数量更少,且具有更优异的抗拉强度、屈服强度和拉伸性能,试验样抗拉强度超过1000 MPa、伸长率接近20%,具有较强的现实指导意义。
To explore the use of rare earth elements refining process pre-deoxidation to reduce the gas and inclusion in liquid steel,improve the mechanical properties of finished products,hence achieve the performance standards of 45 steel.By controlling the process parameters of different processes such as converter smelting,rare earth deoxidation pretreatment,continuous casting,hot rolling and post-rolling heat treatment,the samples were prepared and their segregation,inclusion and mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the samples prepared by rare-earth deoxidation pretreatment and postrolling heat treatment have fewer inclusions,and have better tensile strength,yield strength and elongation properties.The tensile strength of the samples exceeds 1000 MPa and the elongation of the samples are close to 20%,which has strong practical guiding significance.
