优化铸件结构降低缩松缺陷

摘要 为了解决熔模铸件因结构设计不合理造成的缩松缺陷导致出现大量废品、铸件成本提高的问题,针对因补缩不到位、局部距离过小过热、补缩通道不畅、内腔厚壁铸件、孤立热节等结构原因产生缺陷的产品,进行了结构分析,阐述了实际生产中的解决方案。经批量验证,铸件缩松缺陷基本得以消除,得出通过与客户沟通优化铸件结构提高工艺性是一条有效的途径,供行业同仁参考。 In order to solve the problems of large amount of waste products and increase of casting cost caused by shrinkage defects of investment castings caused by unreasonable structural design,structural analysis was carried out on the products with defects caused by structural reasons such as inadequate shrinkage,small local distance and overheating,poor shrinkage channel,thick-wall castings in inner cavity and isolated hot joint,and the solutions in actual production were described.After batch verification,the shrinkage and porosity defects of castings are basically eliminated,and it is concluded that it is an effective way to optimize the structure of castings and improve the processability through communication with customers,which is a reference for industry colleagues.
