超大型矿用磨机高性能铸造齿轮钢的研究开发

摘要 通过成分设计、铸造试块制备及热处理试验,研究了热处理参数对ZG42Cr2Ni2Mo齿轮钢的硬度、组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经870℃油淬和560℃回火后,ZG42Cr2Ni2Mo钢试块硬度可达到HB 350以上,满足HB 340~380硬度要求;试块淬火及回火后为均匀回火索氏体组织,晶粒细小均匀;试块热处理后,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别可达到900MPa和1 000 MPa以上,且韧性优良。 The influences of heat treatment parameters on the hardness, microstructure and properties of ZG42Cr2Ni2Mo gear steel were studied by means of composition design, preparation of cast blocks and heat treatment tests. The results showed that after oil quenching at 870 ℃ and tempering at 560 ℃, the hardness of the ZG42Cr2Ni2Mo steel test block reached more than HB 350 and met the requirements of HB 340-380 hardness. After quenching and tempering, the test block had uniform tempered soxite microstructure with fine and uniform grain. After heat treatment, the yield strength and tensile strength of the test block reached 900 MPa and 1 000 MPa respectively, and the toughness was excellent.
