With the increase of subway operation lines, the number of supporting personnel and equipment will continue to grow. Under the dual stimulation of the rapid development of the subway industry and the continuous iteration of information technology, the traditional operation management and equipment maintenance model can no longer effectively meet the requirements of efficient operation management in the new era. Based on the principle of comprehensively improving the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance and effectively reducing the cost of operation and management, the article proposes the organic combination of informatization and intelligent technology with the operation and maintenance, production and management of subway equipment and facilities, and studies the needs of various professional intelligent operation and maintenance to promote the high-quality development of metro′s intelligence.
