摘要
高速铁路无砟轨道施工结束后,路基地段会出现不同程度沉降现象,当无砟轨道高程过低时,超出扣件调整范围的部分可采用注浆抬升技术。从方案选择及施工控制要点方面对无砟轨道高聚物注浆抬升技术进行分析,采用聚氨酯预聚体与固化剂按1:1比例进行注浆,使抬升量达到预定高度,有效解决无砟轨道施工中高程过低问题,为确保无砟轨道安装精度及质量奠定基础。
The construction of ballastless track of high-speed railway are always with different extent phenomenon of subgrade section subsidence. When the height of ballastless track is too low to be applicable to the range of fastener, grouting and lifting technology can be adopted.This paper, from the aspects of plan selection and control key points of implement, analyzed the polymer grouting and lifting technology in ballastless track installation. Polyurethane prepolymer and curing agent were used for grouting in a ratio of 1:1, makes the lifting volume reaches the predetermined height and effectively solves the problem of low height in ballastless track construction, so as to ensure the accuracy and quality of ballastless track installation.
