摘要
我国职业教育数字化转型已迈入数字技术与教育教学深度融合的关键时期。数字时代,技能学习者学习呈现出目标多元且就业导向突出、路径不唯一且个性化明显、偏好沉浸式且多感官融合的特征,数字技术与教育教学的深度融合面临着变革育人理念、开拓育人方式、优化教学评价、完善技术服务等多种困境。职业教育数字化转型的纵深发展,需树立能力导向的育人理念,落实工学结合的育人方式,倡导多元、个性化的评价方法,持续完善数字技术服务职教的能力。
The digital transformation of vocational education in China has entered a critical period of deep integration of digital technology into education. In the digital era, skills learners′ learning presents the characteristics of multiple goals with prominent employment orientation, multiple path with personalized orientation, immersive preference with multi-sensory integration. The deep integration of digital technology into education is faced with many difficulties, such as changing the concept of education, exploring the way of education, optimizing teaching evaluation and improving technical services. The in-depth development of digital transformation of vocational education requires the establishment of competence-oriented education concept, the implementation of combining learning with working, the advocacy of multiple and personalized evaluation methods, and the continuous improvement of the ability of digital technology to serve vocational education.
