鲁班工坊背景下高职机电专业国际化建设探索与实践——以天津工业职业学院为例

Exploration and Practice of the Internationalization Construction of Electro-mechanical Specialty in Higher Vocational College under the Background of "Luban Workshop"——Take Tianjin Polytechnic College as an Example

随着“一带一路”建设的不断推进,沿线国家经济、文化及教育等方面的合作交流也越来越密切。在全球化进程中,加强职业教育的国际交流与合作必然是未来教育发展的重要方向。鲁班工坊作为“一带一路”建设下职业教育国际化交流合作的新形式,为优秀的职业教育资源“走出去”服务海外中企和国际产业提供了平台。以乌干达鲁班工坊平台建设为契机,从国际化人才培养模式、国际化课程体系开发、国际化师资队伍建设,以及实训基地建设等方面对机电一体化专业国际化建设进行探索与实践。

With the continuous advancement of the "One Belt and One Road", the international economic, cultural and educational cooperation is getting closer. In the process of globalization, strengthening the international exchange and cooperation of vocational education will be an important direction of future education. As a new form of international cooperation of vocational education under the "One Belt and One Road" strategy, "Luban Workshop" provides a platform for excellent vocational education resources to "go global" and serve overseas Chinese enterprises and international industries. Taking the construction of Luban Workshop platform in Uganda as an opportunity, this paper explores the international construction of mechatronics major from the aspects of international talent training mode, international curriculum system development, international teaching staff construction and training base construction.
