某汽提塔存料罐内表面聚四氟乙烯衬里失效原因分析

Failure Cause Analysis of PTFE Lining on the Inner Surface of a Stripper Storage Tank

与传统的金属制压力容器相比,非金属衬里压力容器的定期检验存在一定特殊性。以某化工企业一台内表面聚四氟乙烯衬里失效的汽提塔存料罐为研究对象,首先经过宏观检验发现内表面衬里聚四氟乙烯破损、脱落及鼓包,随后对衬里进行拆除、检验以及更换,最后详细分析了失效原因。根据整个检验过程,归纳总结了非金属衬里的检验要点和检验对策。

Compared with the traditional metal pressure vessel, the periodical inspection of non-metallic lined pressure vessel had certain particularity. Taking a stripper storage tank with inner surface PTFE lining failure in a chemical enterprise as the research object, firstly, it was found that the inner surface PTFE lining was damaged,fell off and bulged through macro inspection, then the lining was removed, inspected and replaced, and finally the failure reason was analyzed in detail. According to the whole inspection process, the inspection points and countermeasures of nonmetallic lining were summarized.
