The general situation of a new 500 000 t/a aromatics complex unit was briefly described. The actual drying process of the reaction heating furnace of the isomerization unit of the unit when it was first started was specifically introduced. Some typical problems encountered and treatment measures were proposed. The drying furnace project was finally completed successfully, and the heating furnace ran safely and steadily when the unit was put into production.
