摘要
对某家食品企业车间内蒸汽锅炉奥氏体不锈钢压力管道进行定期检验时,发现弯管内表面存在大面积密集型裂纹。通过对该管道使用情况进行调查,并以冷凝水取样化验、化学成分分析、金相检验等技术手段作为支撑,分析了弯管内表面裂纹的产生原因,给出了具有针对性的检验建议。
When the austenitic stainless steel pressure pipe of the steam boiler in the workshop of a food enterprise was inspected regularly, it was found that there was a large area of intensive cracks on the inner surface of the elbow. Based on the investigation of the use of the pipe, and supported by condensate sampling and testing,chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection and other technical means, the causes of cracks on the inner surface of the elbow were analyzed, and targeted inspection suggestions were given.
