基于3D打印技术测试节理粗糙度系数对裂隙渗流量的影响及关系研究

摘要 岩体的裂隙渗流问题与深基坑和隧道的开挖、岩体边坡和坝基的稳定、石油和天然气的开采等方面有关,裂隙渗流会对岩土工程的安全、稳定和使用年限产生较大影响。基于3D打印技术,根据节理粗糙度系数(JRC)标准剖面轮廓曲线,制作了6个开度为2.5 mm的不同JRC的单裂隙试样,对JRC对裂隙渗流量的影响及关系进行了研究。 The seepage in rock mass was related to the excavation of deep foundation pit and tunnel, the stability of rock slope and dam foundation, the exploitation of oil and natural gas, etc. The seepage in rock mass would have a great impact on the safety, stability and service life of geotechnical engineering. Based on 3D printing technology, six single crack samples with different JRC openings of 2.5 mm were fabricated according to the joint roughness coefficient(JRC) standard profile curve, and the influence of JRC on the crack seepage flow and its relationship were studied.
