复合管组件试压工装设计和应力分析

摘要 针对一批复合管组件的压力试验,设计了一种两端加持式法兰盖工装。参照GB/T150.3——2011标准中相关章节计算了工装中法兰盖的厚度,以及螺柱在预紧工况和压力试验工况下的设计载荷。由于本批复合管组件的长细比(柔度λ)较大,还校核了复合管组件在两种工况下的稳定性。经设计和理论计算后,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对本批复合管组件及工装在两种工况下受力情况下进行应力分析,根据JB/T 4732—1995(2005年确认)标准对应力分析结果进行评定。评定结果表明,两种工况下复合管组件及工装各零部件的最大应力值均满足强度要求。最后通过实际应用验证,该工装操作简便,安全可靠。 For the pressure test of a batch of composite pipe components, a kind of flange cover tooling with two ends holding was designed. The thickness of the flange cover in the tooling and the design load of the stud under pre tightening and pressure test conditions were calculated according to the relevant sections of GB/T 150.3—2011 standard. Because the slenderness ratio(flexibility λ) of this batch of composite pipe assembly was large,the stability of the composite tube assembly under two working conditions was also checked. After the design and theoretical calculation, the ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to carry out the stress analysis of this batch of composite pipe assembly and tooling under two working conditions, and the stress analysis results were evaluated according to JB 4732—1995(2005 confirmed). The evaluation results showed that the maximum stress values of the clad pipe assembly and various parts of the tooling under the two working conditions met the strength requirements. Finally, the practical application proved that the tooling was simple, safe and reliable.
