摘要
球罐被广泛应用于工业中,其焊接质量是影响球罐安装质量的关键环节。更快、更准地检出焊缝缺陷一直是检测单位追求的目标。首先对比这两种检测方法的优缺点,然后,通过工程实例对这两种检测方法进行相互验证对比。最后对球罐焊缝检测方法的选取上提出了观点。
Spherical tank was widely used in industry, and its welding quality was the key link affecting the installation quality of spherical tank. Faster and more accurate detection of weld defects had always been the goal of inspection units. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of the two detection methods were compared, and then, the two detection methods were verified and compared in engineering examples. Finally, a viewpoint was put forward on the selection of inspection methods for spherical tank welds.
