海底管道清管测径板变形风险评估及实施对策

摘要 清管测径是新铺海底管道投产前的重要环节,也是在役海管完整性管理的重要步骤。清管通球后,通过观察清管器上测径板是否完好判断海管的内部情况。在实际施工过程中,因影响因素较多,清管测径时测径板会出现变形,导致无法准确判断出海管的实际状态。采用风险评价法结合项目施工经验,对造成海管清管测径板变形的因素进行分析,并从人员、设备、材料、工艺、环境等5个方面提出相关应对措施。 Pigging and diameter measurement was an important link before the new submarine pipeline is put into production, and it was also an important step for the integrity management of the in-service submarine pipeline. After pigging and pigging, the internal condition of the submarine pipeline was judged by observing whether the caliper plate on the pig is intact. In the actual construction process, due to many influencing factors, the diameter measuring plate would be deformed during pigging and diameter measurement, resulting in the inability to accurately judge the actual state of the submarine pipeline. The risk assessment method was adopted in combination with the project construction experience to analyze the factors that cause the deformation of the pigging caliper plate of subsea pipeline, and relevant countermeasures were proposed from five aspects, including personnel, equipment,materials, technology and environment.
