Discussion on Pressure Test Method after Repairing Defects of Submarine Pipeline

压力试验是海底管道缺陷修复工程的关键验收步骤,能够直接验证海底管道修复的效果。由于缺陷修复后海底管道具有特殊性,现行的海底管道标准规范没有对修复后海底管道压力试验和合格标准给出明确规定。根据现行行业标准规范要求,分析不同缺陷修复后海底管道的特点,结合已完成的缺陷修复后海底管道压力试验的成功实践案例,提出合理可行的缺陷修复后海底管道压力测试方法和合格标准。

Pressure test was the key acceptance step of submarine pipeline defect repair project, which could directly verify the effect of submarine pipeline repair. Due to the particularity of the repaired submarine pipeline, the current submarine pipeline standards and specifications did not clearly specify the method and qualification standard of the pressure test of the repaired submarine pipeline. According to the requirements of the current industry standards and specifications, the characteristics of the submarine pipeline after the repair of different defects were analyzed, and combined with the successful practice cases of the pressure test of the submarine pipeline after the repair of defects, a reasonable and feasible method and qualification standard for the pressure test of the submarine pipeline after the repair of defects were proposed.
