摘要
On April 21, 2022, President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2022. He stressed that security is the precondition for development. We, humans, are living in an indivisible security community. China proposes the Global Security Initiative to promote security for all in the world.
