摘要
On April 21,2022,President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech titled“Rising to Challenges and Building a Bright Future Through Cooperation”at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2022.He pointed out that to promote the common security of the world,China is willing to propose the Global Security Initiative.The initiative is of great practical and historical significance.It is another international public product provided by China and a vivid practice of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind in the security field.
