中医药高层次人才培养综合改革的探索与实践

Exploration andpractice of the comprehensive reform training of high-level TCM talents

中医药院校研究生教育存在立德树人缺乏抓手、创新不足、课程体系较陈旧、中医专硕科研和中医思维培养不足等瓶颈问题,通过聚焦立德树人、优化课程体系、深化医教协同等系列综合改革举措,促进中医药高层次人才培养。

There are some bottleneck problems in graduate education in TCM,such as lack of grasp to foster character and civic virtue, lack of innovation, old curriculum system.TCM professional master scientific research and TCM thinking training are insufficient.Through a series of comprehensive reform measures such as focusing on virtue, optimizing the curriculum system and deepen medical and educational collaboration and so on to promote high-level talents of TCM training.
