摘要
目的:探讨基于慕课的翻转课堂在技能型中职护生基础护理学中的应用效果。方法:采取整群抽样方法,选取我校2017级中职护生93人为对照组,采取传统教学模式;2018级护生100人为实验组,采取基于慕课的翻转课堂教学模式。结果:实验组护生的理论考试成绩、学习投入、学业自我效能感得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对教学方法的评价高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于慕课的翻转课堂教学模式极大地激发了护生学习兴趣,增强了护生自主学习能力,提高了课堂教学的效果,护生考试成绩明显提高,其学习投入和学业自我效能感也有了明显提升。
Objective: To discusses effects of the application of flipped classroom based on MOOCs in Fundamental Nursing of Skilled Secondary Vocational nursing students.Methods: The cluster sampling method was used to select 93 nursing students from the Secondary Vocational nursing students in 2017 in our school as the control group, and 100 nursing students from the Secondary Vocational nursing students in 2018 in our school as the observation group. The students in control group received the traditional teaching method, and the students in observation group adopted flipped classroom based on MOOCs.Results: The theoretical scores, learning engagement and academic self-efficacy between the two groups were statistical significant(P<0.05);The evaluation of teaching methods in observation group is higher than that in control group.Conclusion: The flipped classroom based on MOOCs greatly improved the learning interest, autonomous learning ability, teaching effect and examination scores,The learning engagement and academic self-efficacy also improved significantly.
