Objective to explore the teaching effect of scenario simulation teaching and microteaching based on “WeChat platform” in clinical teaching of Neurology. In this study, a total of 60 general practice rotation students in the second year of resident training were selected as the research object, 30 students were randomly selected as the observation group, and the scene simulation integration wechat micro teaching mode was used to carry out clinical teaching of encephalopathy;the other 30 students as the control group, using the conventional scene simulation teaching mode to carry out clinical teaching, and finally the assessment results of the two groups were compared. The results(bedside assessment, clinical defense, skill operation) of the students using scenario simulation and Wechat micro teaching were higher than those of the students using conventional scenario simulation teaching, and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional scenario simulation teaching, the integration of scenario simulation and Wechat micro teaching can improve the clinical teaching quality of encephalopathy department, improve the clinical practice ability of resident training students, cultivate active autonomous learning habits, and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
