摘要 目的:探讨PDCA、PBL联合双向测评教学在神经外科护生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取我院神经外科实习的护生90名,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45名采用传统教学,实验组45名采用PDCA、PBL联合双向测评教学,对比两组的带教效果。结果:实验组实习效果和实习满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用PDCA、PBL联合双向测评教学可以提升神经外科护生的带教质量。 Objective: To investigate the application effect of PBL and TBL combined with two-way evaluation teaching mode in teaching neurosurgery nursing students.Methods: 90 nursing students in neurosurgery of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.They were divided into two groups, 45 cases in the traditional teaching method(control group),and 45 cases in PDCA and PBL combined two-way evaluation teaching(experimental group).The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results: The effect and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: PBL,PDCA combined with two way evaluation teaching mode can improve the teaching quality of Neurosurgery nursing students.
